about

I am grateful to live on the traditional and unceded territory of the Ts'msyen people, in Prince Rupert, BC.

I am a people person, and I like to help others. Those are pretty much the prerequisites to being an SLP - along with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, which I received from UBC in 2018.

I have seen in my own life how powerful it is to be able to get our thoughts across, and to be able to understand others. I have also seen the opposite - and the loss of identity, connection and morale that can cause. When I discovered speech-language pathology, and the ways I could help people and their families, I knew that’s what I wanted to do.

My approach to therapy is person and family-centred. That means we will work together to determine your therapy goals and how we can best work together.

I offer services in English and Portuguese.

I am registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia, and certified by Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
